One of the oldest food stalls in Glorietta 4, World Chicken has been around for as long as I can remember. The stalls around it have changed so many times and yet this stall has outlasted them all. It’s no small wonder because the food they serve is not only cheap but also tastes good. World Chicken is similar to a Kenny Rogers setup, where you can choose a combination of chicken and several kinds of sidings that accompany your meal.
Freshly Grilled Chicken Fillet + 2 Sidings Php 165.00
Grilled Chicken Fillet with bacon rice and fried banana – my wife’s standard order. The chicken, smothered in corn and mushroom gravy, tastes of grilled smokey goodness without the burn marks. This makes a good combination with the bacon fried rice and fried banana (dessert?).
Freshly Grilled Chicken Fillet + 1 Sidings Php 135.00
Similar order as above but minus the fried banana and swapped the Bacon fried rice for Spanish fried rice. I prefer the cheese sauce over the corn and mushroom gravy, because I like the sweet cheesy taste mixed with the grilled chicken.
World Chicken is one of our staple places to eat when we’re in the Glorietta foodcourt. Highly recommended if you’re in a hurry or not willing to experiment on the other food stalls in the food court.
